Anyone able to reassign company to requests/tickets?

Experts,

The idea is, emails come through but need to be parsed to route to the correct Customer. There is an interim google group for the aliases support@, sales@, etc. and the Accelo inbound support@[yoursubdomain].accelo.com is a member of said google group.

And besides, even if a ticket is created manually, it cannot be transferred (Company assignment changed)...

Ideas? Do I need to hit the API to make this happen? No automation triggers/actions even come close.
