For reasons related to how we assign tasks, we have yet to use Accelo to develop proposals or for project management. We are now reconsidering how we can use it to serve our needs as a small consulting company.  Projects that need to be managed include internal business development activities (such as development, review and delivery of scopes of work) and small and large projects. Usually these are written largely by one person, but with input from senior leadership or with some additions by support staff.

What do you see as the pros and cons of using Accelo for these purposes? Any tips?

Thank you,

Michelle

Hi Michelle,

We are a project management consulting firm and have been using Accelo for almost 3 years now. I'd love to chat sometime and trade advise!
