How are you handling de-duplication of alerts?
In my case, an RMM is sending alerts to Accelo PSA to be made into tickets-which it does. Really well. Too well!
Some alerts are only a few seconds between, some are 1-offs. Desired is adding duplicate entries as "activities" or [internal] notes UNDER the original ticket.
How are you handling this without internal scripting?
