I'm wondering if anyone else has started having issues with the Quickbooks integration syncing invoices generated in Accelo to Quickbooks? It's been fine for years, but within the last month, we're getting sync errors when invoices are pushed to QB.
When the problem first occurred it happened when the invoice was originally created. That seems to have resolved, but we still get the error any time we edit an invoice (which we do frequently). We are now having to either delete invoices and regenerate from scratch instead of editing them, or manually reconciling the invoice in Quickbooks. Neither is exactly a sustainable solution.
Anyone else having this issue?
