Quickbooks Sync issues?

I'm wondering if anyone else has started having issues with the Quickbooks integration syncing invoices generated in Accelo to Quickbooks? It's been fine for years, but within the last month, we're getting sync errors when invoices are pushed to QB. 

When the problem first occurred it happened when the invoice was originally created. That seems to have resolved, but we still get the error any time we edit an invoice (which we do frequently). We are now having to either delete invoices and regenerate from scratch instead of editing them, or manually reconciling the invoice in Quickbooks. Neither is exactly a sustainable solution.

Anyone else having this issue?

It looks like your team are already in touch with our support about this problem. Our engineers are still working through a couple of problems in the invoice sync area of Accelo and we'll certainly give you updates as we have more information.

I believe the problems you are facing aren't unique, so others in this forum may chime in, but please know that we're working on it and will follow-up on your particular support tickets if we need more detail.

Thanks Hugh. I appreciate your team's work on it. I just wanted to check in here to see if others were having issues and if anyone had figured out a workaround I hadn't thought of. It's been really slowing down our billing cycle.

About a month or so ago, we randomly had a 4 old invoices from 2015/2016 (before our accelo time) popped up in QBO as due. It really messed up our financials/P&L. I've consulted with a QBO pro and we've done several work a rounds to try and zero it out. I've contacted accelo about it. It's on my list of things to do still, I can't mess up prior years so I'm still looking into it.

Not having any other sync problems though.
