Dear all,

I would like to experiment a bit with accelerate for some graph-based algorithms. Unfortunately ghci with +RTS throws a segmentation fault (ghc version 8.6.5). Can anyone provide any hints about what might the problem be?

Hi Panagiotis,

That sounds like a bug; can you submit a new issue here please:

I will probably need some reproducible test case to try to diagnose it however.

Cheers,
-Trevor

Hi Trevor,

it seems that I have resolved the issue. I was using the packages from the https://launchpad.net/~hvr/+archive/ubuntu/ghc ppa. It seems that there is no problem with the default packages of my distro.

Thanks for you time and sorry for the false alarm

Best regards
Panagiotis
