Hi all,

I am using the same script from a year ago, as well as gencumulativesky.
Everything seems to work fine but the generated image shows irradiance data on surfaces but is of shadows.

Below the script.
accelerad_rpict -i -vtv -vh 99.5 -vv 61.93 -vp 604933.897859 962080.216531 47.09508 -vd 0.69614 0.351138 -0.626172 -vu 0 0 1 -vo 0 -va 0 -vs 0 -vl 0 -x 2772 -y 1408 -ab 2 -aa 0 -ad 3000 -as 25 -lr 8 -lw .002 -ac 12000 -an 300 -ax 0.1 Palag_radiation_annual.oct > Palag_radiation_annual.unf
pfilt -r .6 -x /2 -y /2 Palag_radiation_annual.unf  > Palag_radiation_annual.hdr

following the falsecolor image

Hi Giorgio,

I've seen similar issues with models that were located very far away from the origin. However, I would need to see your .rad files to tell if that is an issue here. I also noticed that your reference image from rpict didn't use -aa 0, so can you check to make sure that the parameters in your message are the ones you actually used?

You are right! the problem is the location very far from the origin 0,0,0. I moved the model and now works fine!

Thanks a lot
