What is the memory requirements for the tracer

Hi, All,

I am using the tracer, and it raise some error message "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'

  what():  std::bad_alloc"

Is this due to the limited memory of my host machine? I have confirmed that I have enough disk space.
