Team,
Here's a fairly lengthy report on the restaurant industry as a whole, with a section on Chipotle on pg 218. It doesn't focus on the financials that much but should give us a good overview of the entire industry climate.
As we spoke about after class yesterday, a lot of other necessary info is on the Chipotle website under the investors section.
