Sorry to response you late I was in Canada last two week, Please did you remembered what time you submit your team name, and how long take you to decided what you going to do bat or bowling ? I have already give you toss 6:25 PM when you have 7 players in the ground and two of them not in the uniform. other team 7 player in the ground but not wearing uniform at 6:30 Pm. I think you forgot that more then 2 player your team not in the uniform in the whole time in the game. As long lucky XI player fighting each other umpire has nothing to do with this. For your kind information I did mention to Sohail Bari too, and He asked me did Luck XI players misbehave with me I said no.
In the end I am sorry to say it is very difficult to implementation of rules people like you? did not know the rules you have to tell me 6:30 PM when you give me your playing XI list Bat/Bowling ? why did you request to me? Please gave you five more minute's for team meeting then let me know 6:36 PM what you going to do? I had to tell other team that game will be start 6:45 PM. I hope it will clarify for you not taking other team overs. Nothing to do biased umpiring accused by you.

Subject: Re: NBCC vs APEX Incident
I think ACC has done a very poor job of assessing and analyzing the situation. The decision is obviously wrong and in favor of the team that has not earned the win, and instead deserves to lose.
Like I have mentioned a few times earlier already, the player was and still "IS" on our roster. When and how did that magically change, I do not understand? It was a simple clerical error and that's it. "That" player was present throughout the game (from the beginning of the game till the end). If you want a petty reason that has no bearing on the outcome of the game to award the other team a win, then please do so. I had clarified this point with NBCC after the game and they said they had no problem with the result of the game as long as we didn't lie to or tried tricking the umpire into playing a non-roster player. Now whether or not NBCC stayed true to their words is a completely different story. I have been honest with the umpire or else this wouldn't have happened in the first place. NBCC were not even aware of the situation until they saw the umpire and I having a discussion regarding the error.
"As we have a set of rules and standards of the game in ACC, we can't simply keep them aside and play the game"
In this case, can someone please explain to me why NBCC weren't penalized as per rule 4.14,
4.14. If a match is delayed due to ONE team only, that team will be penalized at a rate of 5 minutes per over and will bat for a reduced number of overs/time allowed as per the example shown in playing time rules above (# 4.2, 4.3 & 4.4).
Notice how the rule says "will" and not "can".
The league cannot pick and choose rules that it wants to implement. According to rule 4.14, NBCC should have been penalized 3 overs for not having the field set and starting the game at 6:45. The umpire choose not to implement it even after being notified.
How about another rule that says to have all the players in uniform?? Apparently that was out the window as well as some of the NBCC players weren't in uniforms.
We don't require such reasons to win a game. But since the league is so enforcing of their rules, I would like an explanation for the two points I have raised above.
All in all, I'm very disappointed in the ruling of this decision. I can't say if the facts were twisted or not but I have my suspicions. What a shame!
P.s. I want to request the league not to assign us "Humayun Baqai" as an umpire for the remainder of our games. This is the second game that we have had a problem with him as the umpire. His decisions have been very biased, and his implementation of rules are hypocritical. To be frank, I'm trying to avoid any arguments/altercations and enjoy the rest of the season without making this about more than cricket. First, it was against Lucky XI, and now it's against NBCC. I think we have had more than enough of his biased umpiring.
Thanks,
Shafi
All,
Umpiring committee reviewed all the versions of this incident from the following:
1. Umpire
2. NBCC Management
3. APEX Management
As per the rules, we came to the conclusion that, APEX used a non roster player irrespective of their intention or not and was also brought to umpire's attention by NBCC team during the game.
As we have a set of rules and standards of the game in ACC, we can't simply keep them aside and play the game, once the roaster with playing 11 had submitted to the umpire.
So based on our investigations, this game has been awarded to NBCC Team.
Manish, Please update the website accordingly.
Please reach out to us for any questions.
Thanks
