Decision for BOOM BOOM Final decider

Rizawi sahab called me and gave his opinions - 

1. He is opposed to having "joint champions"

2. He wants to make a "replay" mandatory - the team that doesn't agree\show up loses (with this condition I think both teams will agree)

So far this is the vote count -

1. Haris - replay

2. Sazid - replay

3. Sohail - replay

4. Mr. Rizawi - replay

5. Humayun - offer replay first or make them joint champs

6. Imran - offer replay first or make them joint champs

1. Salman - Joint champs

2. Siva - Joint champs

3. Mr. Dsouza - Joint champs

Based on the above the votes there is a strong majority for replay.

So I am phrasing the decision as follows, please let me know if you agree or would like to suggest any revisions (WILL SEND IT TOMORROW MORNING AFTER RECEIVING FEEDBACK)-

The ACC Management and Umpiring Committees have issued the following decision for the TIED Final between Black Caps and Skippers -

Both teams are required to REPLAY this match within the next two weeks with Saturday being the scheduled match day and Sunday being the rain day.  

Teams are given the following options - 

1. Play 3030 on Saturday, Oct 11.  RAIN DATE - Sunday, Oct 12

2. Play 3030 on Saturday, Oct 18.  RAIN DATE - Sunday, Oct 19

IMPORTANT - 

1. This replay is mandatory.  The team that refuses to play will be judged as the losing team and the team willing to replay will be judged as the champions.

2. If both teams refuse to play, then #3 seed from the playoffs stage of the tournament will be judged as the champions.

3. Teams must inform the league of their preferred date to replay within 48 hours of this email.  "No response" within 48 hours by either team will be considered as refusal to play and judgement will be issued accordingly.
