Remove Haq Choudhary or Amir Khan from the West Chicago roster for non payment of roster change fees

Haris,

West Chicago has not paid their outstanding $25 roster change fee nor have we received any response from them for our requests. The captain or manager of WC must be removed from their roster and cannot play their 9/14 match.

According to the ACC website the manager is Haq but I know Amir has previously communicated with us re. these dues. Please remove the official financial stakeholder of WC from their roster.

In case of non-compliance (i.e. if the person removed plays the match) then the match should be awarded to the opposition regardless of the actual outcome.
