Can we get some proof that Naseer Uddin was there at your rained out match?  Some verification from a neutral source is needed - a statement from the umpire, his name in the paper roster exchanged with the opposition - something.

Haris bhai he was there and I didnt knew the rain out match until it got canceled due to "no rescheduling rule" after august 31. Our game was rescheduled and then canceled so I didnt knew I had to submit the roster. And yes he was there...

If you didn't even make it to the field then I am not able to reconcile the statements of yours below to Haris (in yellow highlights below).  What did you mean by that? Or are you saying nobody went to the field?  

Note that rescheduling is a courtesy that the league offers and is not guaranteed.  First the other team must agree to it, then the teams need to agree to pay for the cost etc. and so it can never be assumed that rescheduling a rained out match is a sure thing.  So all teams must send in their rained out match roster promptly after the match so that playoffs qualification issue is addressed in a timely manner and not a few days before playoffs start.  As stated in the rules this is a clear responsibility of the teams.

But I am trying to help you given that there was some confusion with rescheduling this match, but your statements are not consistent\clear.  Please clarify.

Haris,

I understand that point.  That is why I am trying to help out Idrees by showing some flexibility but the committee needs some evidence that Naseer was going to play that match before it got rained out.  

Below is the rule for this issue.  There is no question as to what the teams' responsibility is - 

7.2. If a match is rained out completely or called off by the league for any reason, teams MUST still submit blank web stats or score sheets with the list of players who would have played that match if it had occurred within 36 hours (maximum 11 player list).

Given the circumstances,  I am ok with accepting this Elite XI internal team communication as evidence that Naseer would have played this match.

Idrees - in the future please always submit a blank roster for all rained out matches regardless of whether it is setup for rescheduling.  Thanks for your cooperation.

Haris – if others in the committee do not have any objections we can add Naseer to the Elite XI rained out match roster.
