Updated vote count for Boom Boom Final decision

All management and umpiring committee members have voted and following is the updated tally.

Please let me know if someone else wants to send the decision to the teams or I'll send (I have no vote in this case). 

But it looks like the teams may agree to a replay themselves and we may not need to impose a verdict, which is good.  So I'll wait and won't send our decision unless their agreement falls apart.

For replay -

1. Haris
2. Sohail
3. Sazid
4. Bhavesh
5. Mr. Rizawi

For Joint Championship -

1. Salman
2. Siva
3. Mr. Dsouza
4. Manish

For both options -

1. Imran (offer replay first)
2. Humayun (offer replay first)

With all voting done - slight majority is for REPLAY.

Based on the above the votes there is a strong majority for replay.

So I am phrasing the decision as follows, please let me know if you agree or would like to suggest any revisions (WILL SEND IT TOMORROW MORNING AFTER RECEIVING FEEDBACK)-

The ACC Management and Umpiring Committees have issued the following decision for the TIED Final between Black Caps and Skippers -

Both teams are required to REPLAY this match within the next two weeks with Saturday being the scheduled match day and Sunday being the rain day.  

Teams are given the following options - 

1. Play 3030 on Saturday, Oct 11.  RAIN DATE - Sunday, Oct 12

2. Play 3030 on Saturday, Oct 18.  RAIN DATE - Sunday, Oct 19

IMPORTANT - 

1. This replay is mandatory.  The team that refuses to play will be judged as the losing team and the team willing to replay will be judged as the champions.

2. If both teams refuse to play, then #3 seed from the playoffs stage of the tournament will be judged as the champions.

3. Teams must inform the league of their preferred date to replay within 48 hours of this email.  "No response" within 48 hours by either team will be considered as refusal to play and judgement will be issued accordingly.
