2024 ACCC MTB Race Bid Form (Due April 15)

Hello ACCC! If you are interested in hosting a MTB race in 2024, please fill out this form! Race fees will be $32.5/race in 2024. This is higher than 2023 because USAC heavily raised the per-rider surcharge for 2024. The first race weekend available is September 7-8 USAC has moved Collegiate MTB nats back two weeks from the typical date. Nationals are in Ride Rock Creek, NC, Oct 24-27. This means the last conference race will be Oct 11-12 so there is a week off for traveling. Virginia Tech has already locked in Sept 14-15 for their date because of Forest Service permitting requirements. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM BY April 20th! (eyyyyyyy)
