Death of Collegiate Specific Categories

Hi ACCCers,

I wanted to let everyone know that I have been told by USAC that when the new membership portal launches next week, there will no longer be a distinction between collegiate race categories and the domestic race categories. 

It is not exactly clear to me what USA Cycling's plan is with this.

Jim Smalley and I are discussing the best way forward with the CX categories for this season.
