Hi guys.

I’ve been a silent member of these compassion groups for a while, but got the tip from Paul to share something with you so here goes (thank you for the encouragement Paul :)

I recently gave a TEDx-talk on self-compassion at a conference in Finland, the name of the talk was ”Imagine if you were 10% more compassionate towards yourself”. You can find the talk through this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLxoBF7lWNA

Hope it serves you, all the best to everyone and wish you all a good weekend.

Sincerely,
Ronnie Grandell

Hi Ronnie,

I think your talk is great! Right on point, conceptually very clear, and nicely experiential. You pack in a lot of great stuff from CFT. I'll do my best to help you get it out there.

Warmly,
Russell
