Dear WBU Members,
We are pleased to share the application form and guidelines for financial support to attend the 11th General Assembly of the World Blind Union, taking place in São Paulo, Brazil, from September 1–5, 2025.
Key points to note:
- Deadline: Applications must be submitted electronically in Word format no later than May 5, 2025.
- Submission: Please email completed forms to GA2...@wbu.ngo with the subject:
“WBU GA 2025 delegate support + [Your Country Name]”- Support available: Travel, accommodation (shared), and registration costs may be covered in full or in part.
- Priority: We will prioritize delegates who help us achieve our goal of gender balance, youth inclusion, and first-time participation.
- Limit: Up to two delegates may be supported per national member (funds permitting), and guides will not be supported except in extraordinary cases.
Please review the attached documents carefully before applying. We look forward to receiving your application and hope to see strong and diverse participation at the General Assembly.
