Hi Dr. Mason, 

I hope the rest of your TxABA conference went well.

I am contacting you about a grant-funded project that Tonya Davis and I are working on. For this project, we are teaching parents and caregivers, using videoconferencing technology, to implement evidence-based practices with their children with autism spectrum disorder. We are writing to see if you would be willing to share information about this project with families at the TEAM Autism Research Center who might be interested in participating (e.g., families on the waiting list, families receiving services, families on other contact lists). If you would like to share the information with families, I have attached some documents you can use to disseminate the information. 

1. Recruitment Flyer document - this can be posted or handed out to families
2. Internet Recruitment document - this can be sent as an attachment in an email or posted on a website or other internet platform
3. Phone Script document - you can use this if you would like to talk with families about the project over the phone
