1) Yes. Although it is not explicitly stated, you cannot move at full speed using stealth. Although rogue tricks and other abilities get around this restriction. You are correct in your understanding by rule of omission.
I think the developers (perhaps the previous edition too, I didn't check) were so interested in saving page count that they didn't print this in the Stealth section where it really belongs. Now, one might argue that this ONLY applies when invisible, but I'd argue back that you don't make an "Invisibility" check - you make a Stealth Check and invisibility is just one bonus to that check. There is no logical reason that a person cannot sneak at 30' per move action without this special ability, but suddenly he can if someone casts Invisibility on him.

Huh, nice find DM Blake. I can see the argument either way, but I agree with his interpretation. I'm not 100% with him on #4, but I would need to know more details about the situation because I may or may not ask for two stealth rolls depending on the exact situation.

When you start your turn using Stealth, you can leave cover or concealment and remain unobserved as long as you succeed at a Stealth check and end your turn in cover or concealment. Your Stealth immediately ends after you make an attack roll, whether or not the attack is successful (except when sniping as noted below).

Additionally the method itself might not resonate with everyone, in particular guys with really low self esteem, who may feel incapable of properly implementing the system, and thus become defensive.
