CricClubs Player Merge - ACTION REQUESTED

ACA Teams,

All the scorecards and associated player profiles from DreamCricket and CricHQ have been migrated over to CricClubs.

Due to multiple player profiles that existed in DC and HQ for the same person, there are many duplicate profiles in CC. To ensure we have a good baseline to start out with on CC, we are attempting to cleanup the duplicate player profiles by identifying as many profiles as possible that should be merged into one.

Attached is an Excel Document with two Tabs/Sheets. 

• The first tab shows all the profiles that we have identified to be merged with all the associated player ids listed. 
• The second tab on the sheet shows ALL the distinct player profiles that are on CricClubs right now.
  

We're requesting that all players of your respective Teams review the profiles that have been identified for merging. A suggested method to do that would be for each player to search for all of his possible profiles by firstname and/or lastname on both sheets and ensure that all player ids that should be merged are on the first tab/sheet.

The merge will be executed this Friday evening. So please have players review and send any updates needed by 5pm on Friday October 2nd.
