2016-17 AGM and Team Registration - IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE Dates

Hello all!

Hope everyone is enjoying a great summer! It is time to get our 2016-17 season preparations underway. In order to ensure that the Teams that will be taking part in the upcoming season get to have their say on all important aspects of what our 2016-17 season ends up looking like, we are asking Teams to register prior to our AGM (Annual General Meeting). It makes little sense to have past Teams that may or may not be playing this year decide what ACA's future looks like. Hope everyone agrees! :)

Team Registration:

The deadline for registering your Team is Wednesday, August 24th. Please use the link/form below to register. Registration Fee will be $100 as it normally is. Please pay that prior to submitting the form. Payment options are provided on the form.

AGM (Annual General Meeting):

​The AGM will be held on Friday, Aug 26th 7pm. Agenda will include ExeCom elections, Financial Report, Budget, Constitution/Rule change proposals, Youth Development Program proposal etc. The venue and detailed agenda will be communicated closer to the meeting date. If you would like to have any other specific topics discussed, please let me know.

Elections:

Annual elections for the ExeCom will be held at the AGM. Following is the status of each position with respect to nominations received thus far. Previously we had communicated a deadline of June 30th for nominations but since our AGM has been pushed out to August end, the deadline is also being extended. So if you are interested in running for any of these positions, please have your nomination in to me latest by Friday, Aug 12th.

Chairman - Vishal Tiku will seek re-election.

Vice Chairman - Bhumasamudram Jagadish will seek re-election.

Fixtures Secretary - Mohammed Hossain will seek re-election.

Treasurer - Prashant Churi will seek re-election.

General Secretary - Open

Umpiring Coordinator - Open
