Description	-Follow up on the daily, weekly and monthly mechanical maintenance activities in his section. -Follow up on the maintenance contracts with 3rd party contractor and ensure terms of the contract are being followed. -Coordinate with production line managers to facilitate the maintenance activities. -Train and coach new mechanical engineers / technicians -Lead the inspection, planning and scheduling of maintenance activities including the preparation of spare parts for regular maintenance and yearly overhauls. -Ensure that the maintenance activities are executed according to industry standards. -Follow up & control the balance of the relevant spare parts inventory to minimize the equipment downtime and optimize of the working capital. -Assures equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity and reduce wastes. -Builds the capability of maintenance technicians -Tracks standard manufacturing and warehouse measures and prioritizes plant maintenance opportunities -Integrates safety, hygiene and quality in the maintenance processes -Ensures adherence to company safety standards, policies and procedures. -Integrates safety, hygiene and quality in the maintenance processes
Qualifications	-Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - 0-2 Years of experience industrial maintenance environment (preferably FMCG). -Computer skills (MS Office). -Maintenance Management skills; inspection, planning, scheduling, execution of maintenance activities. -Good technical knowledge of utilities and process equipment operations -Familiar with the application of maintenance management systems including Corrective, Preventive, Predictive and Total Productive maintenance systems -Basic knowledge of financial budgeting and control procedures for maintenance related activities. -Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
