Job Title : QA Director
Location : Red Bank, NJ
Duration : 12 + Months
Rate : $60/Hr on C2C
Responsibilities
Manage a team of QAs responsible for testing ERP and CRM systems
Develop and maintain best practices for Testing
Define, develop, document, support and maintain test strategy, framework, standards, practices and procedures to ensure quality management of developed solutions
Recommend improvements to tools and technologies conducive to end to end visibility of the quality delivery pipeline
Develop mechanisms for collecting, interpreting, tracking and reporting on test execution and quality metrics
Monitor the definition of high-level test plans; create test cases and execute them for functional, integration, system and regression testing
Work with stakeholders and project team to identify needs and gather requirements
Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team across all facets of/testing efforts
Mentor QA team and identify staffing/hiring needs
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree
Experience in requirement analysis, prioritizing tasks, and identifying risks
Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and relationship building skills
