主讲：应理航 

主要内容：Open Data的由来、Open Data的发展现状、Open Data带来的机会、City of Edmonton Open Data历程, Open Data Catalogue Demo/API, Edmonton市政府开放了哪些数据、其他参加者感兴趣的话题（TOGAF Architecture Methodology、互联网发展机会、互联网创业等）... 

  

Speaker Bio: Lihang (http://linkedin.com/in/lihang) works as IT Architect in Office of CIO and Enterprise Architecture practice at City of Edmonton. He is the solution architect of Open Data/Open Gov projects in the city. Before working in the city, he had been working on various IT projects and websites since 1997. He founded the largest BitTorrent search engine in China from 2003-2009, a global top 2000 website. He commercialized his PhD research with 1 Million USD venture capital investment in 2006. Lihang owns BEng (Nanjing University of Posts & Telecomm., China 1999), MSc (Tsinghua University, China 2002) and PhD degrees (University of Alberta, 2008).
