Mock Trial Info and Roster - Change of time - arrive at 7:00am

Please find attached the rosters and information about the mock trial tomorrow.

 

There has been a change in the schedule.  The first round starts at 8:30am and doors now open at 7:00am.  Our meeting time has been changed to 7:00am at the Clackamas County Courthouse, 807 Main Street, Oregon City.  Our team code is RL.  Please go through security and go immediately to the assigned room for RL.  Please tell parents and friends that we are team RL, but they are not to mention that they are Alliance Charter Academy.  The orientation is now at 8:00am, the first round is at 8:30am, second round is at 10:45am and the third round is at 1:00am.

 

Please show up dressed professionally in suits with shirts ironed at 7:00am.

 

You must bring:

 

___Case in binder

___Pen

___Legal pad of paper

___Bottle of water

___Pre-packed lunch (There will not be time to go out for lunch and the businesses will be too busy to count on parents getting things.)

___Snacks (granola bars, crackers, fruit, etc.)

Remember that you will be going through security at the door. 

 

It would be helpful to have parents who would be willing to help throughout the day check in at our assigned room initially.
