Tour Promoter for road bike race needed in Tyler

Just received a desperate phone call from a non-profit in Tyler - supporting and honoring veterans. They have a successful event each year and this year are adding a road bike race. The tour promoter just bailed on them and they called me thinking that is what I did. Don't and wouldn't know how.
Does anyone have advice on a name I could give them to contact?
