Ann Tyree passed away this morning.  Our hearts go out to Preston and their family.

A celebration of her life is planned for Friday, time and place TBA.

Stanton, I spoke with Preston twice last week. I knew very little but it seemed to happen so quickly. I'm stunned. Please keep me and BikeTexas in the loop. We want to help. She was wonderful. Use my BikeTexas email please.

I am sorry for Preston’s loss.   But what I asked is, who was Ann Tyree?    Now, what do you think she’s thinking, looking down from Heaven, to learn all anyone can say about who she was is that she was Preston’s wife.   Mind you, I don’t know Preston...  maybe he married someone who was fine with that.    
 
It sounds like many people on the list knew her.    Was she an avid bicycle rider?   That would make sense out of the statement that noone expected her to suddenly die.

 I've known Ann and Preston for many years and I'm sorry to hear of Ann's passing.   His family has my sympathy.
