Friendly Reminder to our Instructors

Hello Everyone!

 

We need to make sure that everybody is taking roll at their schools to be certain that every student has their paper work turned in with their checks. Both leads and assists should be bringing a roll sheet from their schools tab to their classes, to take roll during the play period. In case a student does not turn up on your roll sheet, get their first name, grade, and their contact information. Be sure to have spare flyers with you incase parents need to fill one out for their child. It is important that you are handing out the correct flyer, different schools have different fees so pricing along with other information won't carry over between your schools and processing your checks can become very burdensome when your flyer is incorrect. If there are students not showing up on your roll sheet that you know have already turned in their checks and permission slips, please contact us at the office and we'll get that sorted out.

 

If your school is run through a third party vendor, like Crest, Ace, or Champions, then they will have handled the checks and the roll sheet wont show up on eLink. Please still be taking roll at these schools for our records.

 

Also, everyone needs to be reviewing their session flyers, checking for skip dates and early dates so that we're all ready for them.
