Hey guys!

 

Just as we expect excellence among you as teachers, the same standard applies to us, here in the office. To make sure that we are doing our job we need your help! Attached are two documents with questions that evaluate our service to you. Please fill these questions out as honest and clear as possible. Though the survey is not anonymous, it will not be reaching my eyes but instead will be passed on to my manager. You can either print out the word documents, fill them out, and bring it by the office as you come to pick up materials, or simply just email it back to us, filled out in an attachment. Again, please be as clear and specific as possible to aid us in better serving you, as well as your fellow instructors, this coming Fall. Your responses are very important to us!
