Hey Guys!

We are starting our FKT's again for the Spring and we want them to be grand!  All of you know the drill, it is up to you to make these tournaments exciting. We had a lot of great turn outs for our winter tournaments, lets not allow spring to slow us down.  Lets make sure that we kick off the spring with a bang and get as many kids to this next tournament as we can. I'll be keeping a large stack of tournament flyers for you all to pick up in the office or you can print from the attachment above at your convenience.

As we continue to do these tournaments I'll be keeping track of your students participation. This is the score sheet for last Winter's session and here is how it works: Leads get 1 point everytime one of their students participate, assists get .25 points. Ratios are determined by your class size vs. participation. Congratulations to Jovan for having the highest number of student paticipants despite only leading at 3 schools!

Instructor Schools Points Ratio
Leads Assists
Jovan 3 1 67.00 19.14
Dan 3   65.00 21.67
Christian 4   44.00 11.00
Randy 6   38.00 6.33
Lauren   3 26.75 17.83
Ben 3 2 25.50 6.38
Scott 2 1 18.75 7.50
Socrates 1 3 17.00 6.80
Sam 5 1 16.50 3.00
Doris 1 2 14.75 7.38
Bobby 3   11.00 3.67
Greg 1 2 10.50 5.25
Harout 5   10.00 2.00
Jamin   5 10.00 4.00
James C.   3 9.25 6.17
James E. 2 3 8.50 2.43
Candace 2   7.50 3.75
Ahin 3 2 2.75 0.69
Michael   3 1.75 1.17
David   2 0.75 0.75
Everest   2 0.50 0.50

If your name does not appear on the list then none of your students participated in our FKT's over the winter.

If numbers are lower than you may have expected consider presenting FKT's differently. Remember it has everything to do with how you say it, not what you say.

Lets see who can rival Jovan's power of persuasion! Who will have bragging rights for the Spring?

Thanks guys, if you have any questions let me know!
