Hey gang,
Please come join Tina and I at Budweiser on Sunday morning @ 8:00 for
her last 20 miler.
It's a slightly different course than we've run in the past. We'll
start at Bud, run out to the Bacon strip, do one lap of bacon, and
then finish off the old Bud loop (20.5 miles total)... I call this
the "beer, bacon and Bud run".

I have a shorter run this weekend so I think I'll just run somewhere

Hey I'm doing the Tortoise and Hare 5k on Sunday, I'm going to work
