I would like more training on how to coach David this week. I missed the conversation in the room on Sunday and he has referenced it in his coaching request.
Participant Updates
David copied me on an email this morning about the AC office sending his client the wrong forms. His comment was "AC office at its finest. Why am I even using them at this point?"
Erica reiterated her intention to have her payment flat and graduation. She did not pass the written exam
Kelly is present to her habit of checking out and avoiding confrontation she recognized that the checking out is an avoidance mechanism and that for her to lean into her life she needs to break this up. We talked about her Dad's suicide today and the fact that no one knew he was unhappy. She does not want that for herself and has agreed to have three conversations this week that she has been avoiding.

COACHING REQUESTS
David: You weren't there Sunday afternoon for a lengthy conversation directed at me where Tara and Mark called me out for not wanting to bring guests next month and not declaring any new clients. They kept saying it doesn't serve my breakthrough to be not self-centered. Happy to talk more about this as I still don't really understand it.
There's probably something to look at as it pertains to how I go do things I'm asked, say "see it's done what more do you want from me" and then move on. This is definitely a pattern when I'm very disenchanted by something which definitely includes AC and government work.
Not sure what else to say. I'm very very glad there's only one weekend left. There were some real things discussed this weekend but hearing the crises of 25 year old girls come front and center over and over was real good at showing why I've been so finished with all this.
