Team,
I have been asking God to allow my heart to break open and feel all of my emotions, instead of always choosing to numb out. Tonight I was reading a sad story of a dad who's dying of cancer and wrote a letter to his 5 year old daughter. I cried as I was reading it, which took me a little by surprise seeing how I don't cry much. It hit so hard with the thoughts of not being able to see my princess grow up. It was such a gift to feel the tears streaming down my face and appreciate my feelings and how much I love my Lilly. I was also able to contribute to their fundraising goal as well which felt great. Thanks for always standing for my heart. Love u all so very much.
