Production Email

Hey guys,

Happy New Year! We have 2 powerful days left until graduation! I know we're about to launch into a couple of days of a lot of doing, but I wanted to start and take this time to thank all of you for your work this year. It's not quite over for all of us yet--there's still graduation and a 24 person registration for next year, but we are winding down and I'm so grateful for every single one of you and your presence on the team this year. Thank you, thank you for being you.

Since we're not having a production call this week, I thought we could use this email chain as a place to put all production agenda items to note for the weekend. Please read and respond to the items concerning you or add any items you see as well.

#1 Right now we have the following participants fully ready to graduate:

-Natalie

-Marge

-Jennifer

Everyone else is in some stage of taking an exam or wrapping up a final recorded call or in payment breakdown. If the office doesn't have a record of it, then it doesn't count towards graduation. Michelle and I will be following up today and tomorrow. This needs to be flat by the end of the day today--OR we need to know what few exceptions are being handled tomorrow.

Also, please note that because of the holiday, we wont get a report from the office as to who is unpaid for January until later on Friday. Please check with your participants (as they will know if the paid or if the money came out of the account) instead and reply to Michelle and I as to their status. If they are unpaid, please get them paid ASAP as they cannot graduate unpaid.

#2: Please take care of yourselves between now and Saturday. Saturday and Sunday will be very wonderful, very moving, very LONG days. Please drive safe--look at the weather conditions, consider spending Friday night here in DC if you need to in order to be fresh and ready for the weekend (I have a couch free if you need it). Please also make sure your participants are doing the same--even if you're not having a call with them this week, find a way to enroll them in that as well.

#3: Registration--we are at 12--we're half way to our goal and we have just a few weeks to finish. Please respond with who you have doing the workshop and who you are registering today on Michelle's reg email and go out there and register some people!

Other items to note:

-Start time Saturday: 7:30AM. Please be on time.

-Start time Sunday:7:00AM (note this is a little earlier than usual, as we will have a lot to prepare for the last day).

-We all need to GET COMPLETE about the year, about our people, about how it's gone so far and how this weekend will go. We all need to take the time for you so that we can be a clearing for the participants to be complete as well.

-Jennie taking care of projector this weekend

-Be prepared to stay a little later than normal Sunday as we will wrap up the whole year

-We need MC agreements from everyone who declared MC (except Demetris who turned hers in). Please have them fully fill it out. I send an electronic copy to all of them recently.

-We need a location for Reg lunch on Sunday--Garren will you own finding someone to handle that? Pass the baton, as it were?

Thanks for all of this Lacey.  Huge value in what it presences me too.  

As for the doing, yes, I will enroll someone on the team to grab the baton of the reg lunch location.  That will be handled by eod today.
