Empty outputs

Hi I´m  running sealer-abyss but I get empty outputs. Since I start to run the code the folowing files are created: test_merged.fa, test_log.txt, test_scaffold.fa all empty after one day of running.  I get nothing written to std err or out.  I don´t know if I´m doing something wrong. 

module load abyss/2.3.1

abyss-sealer -b20G -k64 -k80 -k96 -k112 -k128 -o test -S draft_arcs.fa reads1.fq.gz

Reads are linked reads treated using the longranger.
