ABySS compiling error <Semaphore.h> vs <semaphore.h> in NTFS file system

Hello there,

I am using Win10 WSL Ubuntu and I am trying to compiling ABySS from source (I need a k value >96).

Is there any fix for <Semaphore.h> vs <semaphore.h> problem under NTFS file systems?
