Hi,
I am getting this error sort: write failed: /tmp/sortdlVUOB: No space left on device /tmp folder of the cluster node that I am running the job is very small how can I change this directory to write on a different location? I think this is a problem with the sort gnu sort can have an option like -T DIR to specify a directory, how can I specify this for abyss ?

Thanks
Best Regards
