  Thanks for information about our Internship Manual. As you asked
for our suggestions and any queries faced during the program, We are
taking the pleasure in writing to you to seek the details regarding
few queries:
1. Let us know the difference between "young Bankers" and other ppl who
started as A.M from the day 1 of their recruitment.
2. Dont u think as we spent a whole lot of time/money in learning/knowing
about Banking and it's importance, we should be compensated either by salary
or by positon( the work what we do)in some specilised areas like
credit/forex/tresury/RAC/trade finance/merchant banking/commercial banking... etc
3. It's not that we are unable to work it's just because we are in a state of
forgetting what we learn and no scope of appliction of knowledgwe we gained by
joining manipal and spending a huge lot of money.
4. As we already spent almost 2months of "Internship" at our designated branches
we observed that, to do the work what a A.M does at branch their is no need of any
such long 9months of traing and 3months of intership.
   So as a whole group we rquest you take a step in which we get to so some
specilized-work and compensation for our putforth learning and time with AXIS BANK...
