As you may have known, the Management is exploring ways of making staff official email address accessible and functional with existing facilities. The IT and Comms Unit kindly seeks your urgent feedback on key issues staff are facing regarding using official email address for all official email communications.

I am just wondering, is there any way the addresses of all staff on outlook could be uploaded in the system so that one may not need to be typing the entire addresses when sending mails.
