Dear All Staff Members,

Recently, I have observed that some members of staff are still in the habit of not submitting their trip reports and retirements on time. The Global Fund directive states that all retirements and trip reports must be submitted 14 days after the expiration of the activity. There is also a punitive measure on anybody that fails to comply with this rule. I am therefore mandating Admin secretaries attached to each programs to liaise with the finance unit in monitoring submission of reports and retirements.

The secretaries are to ensure that retirements and reports are duly submitted with a copy of the trip report forwarded to my mail. I will encourage all staff not to flout this rule again.

Thank you as we improve our compliance attitude.
