We have realized that we are now using data above 3MPS that we are paying for since we got back to accessing better internet service,

The graph above is from the internet service provider which indicate that our bandwidth is over utilized i.e. we have used up our bandwidth. This means that we are either downloading and using data for other reason that may not be associated with work. Such as streaming videos, downloading music or video.
You are kindly advice to please stop doing heavy download from 10am – 5pm as this is our peak period for work related internet activities
We have repeated as that streaming videos or music isn’t allowed during peak period as this affect efficiency of our internet service
