thana is countered by having at least 1 survivor healed (and should punish hurt survivors but resiliance and prove thyself negates the damage) and dying light gives way to little slowdown for the activation tokens which require a lot of effort for such a bad return.

Dying Light no, not really, as it's more of a "win harder" perk. Like, if you're already winning this perk will make it exceedingly difficult for survivors to make a comeback. Usually when I use this perk, 2 ish gens are already done by the time I get my first hook; all that work for a 3% slowdown to repair and healing that will only be in effect for the last 3 or so gens and doesn't even affect the obsession. Pretty useless perk imo.

Thana really only has a case for it to be used on 2 killers, Legion and Plague, as Thana can temp some survivors to waste time healing versus Legion or cleanse versus Plague, but even then I'm not sure that the potential reward is worth the perk slot as the amount of value you get out of it can vary drastically from game to game depending on how the survivors respond.

For Dying Light, I think that if you hit Obsession, other 3 survivors get 15% debuff for 30sec. With a reasonable cool down. So the perk still have the idea of keeping Obsession alive as other 2 Myers' perks

The only killer Dying Light is any good on is Plague, since she ignores the heal speed given to obsession, and even then it isn't that strong since your early to mid game will be spent spreading infection instead of getting hooks.

i have been trying with those two killers especially just to run a different build but yeah pop the weasel outclasses dying light for the same hook and thana only works on lower to mid mmr survivors with plague

Dying light needs all of its negatives removed. the immunity to slowdown for obesssion, the faster healing and immunity to gaining tokens when hooking obsession. Until all those negatives are removed, the perk functionally gives no advantage. the time you add to gens saved by faster healing. Thana needs revert. gift of pain is too inconsistent and the reward is pretty low considering it only debuff 1 survivor out of 4 potencial survivors that can work on gens while the dying light and thana affected the entire team. Gift of pain would be good if it worked on every single hook like pop goes weasel but its scourge perk so that will never happen. I tried running all 3 of them 1 build with leverage. no value.

Dying Light was never a good perk to begin with. Especially since the Obsession is completely uneffected by it AND gets a speed boost to certain actions. Thana can get some value if you use killers like Legion and Plague, but other than that it's kinda useless.

Dying Light is more of a supplementary slowdown, I use it to supplement Jolt to decent affect. You can defend your primary generators and you basically get paid for each hook. I do think you should get tokens for obsession hooks too though, either that or increase the slowdown percentage per token.

Dying Light and Gift of Pain is good if supplemented with a chase oriented Killer that can get lots of hooks easily. In theory, a Survivor who healed from GOP + 5 non obsession hooks would have that survivor having gen slowdown similar to 1 stack of Pentimento.
