Question: Task closes when subtask is closed

when i am closing a subtask the top task will automatically be closed also.



Is this a bug or do i need to make some changes in my settings?

I can't reproduce this.

If you can reproduce it with 'Introduction.tdl' can you send me your preferences file?

I tried it also with introduction.tdl.

Ah, I understand now - you have the 'Incomplete' filter active which is hiding the tasks because of the following preference:
