Question: TDL files dependencies... tdl file copied from one pc to another....

I suppose the answer, but I need to assure.

Yesterday I copy a tasklist with three alarmed tasks. 

To my surprise the alarms dissapeared in the target pc. 

I had installed ToDoList in portable mode. 

I suppose that export the tasklist may solve the problem, but not copying...

Where is the file that control the calendar ?

I suppose is an unique file for all the tasklists...

What happen if a tasklist is closed . When up the alarm ?

I would like to know how function and how i can backup

Task reminders are stored in the preferences file because, with shared tasklists, different people might want different reminders.

I lost the commands again.

I need to know how to maintain and copy. 

The preferences file is Y:\PORTABLES\Oficina\ToDoList\ToDoList.ini ?

As you see I have installed in a data internal disk as portable

The laptop have basically the same structure. 

I am manual synchronizing to the more recent file when decide to use the laptop in other places...

The files I opened are in : 

Y:\GABINETE\PROYECTOS\MODELOS\CONTROL\TaskLists

In this path I have de TDL extension files. 

I see other file in resources : 

Y:\PORTABLES\Oficina\ToDoList\Resources\CalcTime_Spent_eng.xsl

is this the preferences file for commands ?

Yes. All the other files are part of the installation and don't need to be backed up unless you modify them.

Then is the way i am doing the backup or something. 

I am using free Syncback and fails. 

I have two tries : 

1. Make a copy from the more recent files (not synchronizing with syncback)

2. try to synchronize with Free Sync Files from Sourceforge.

I have been edited the ini file :

If I save the 373.tdl "save as" I will duplicate the alarms ?

I see don't copy some attributes of the original file. 

Also when we rename a file tdl  i don't observ change in the name of the file because what appear in the top of the main window is the label Project. 

So if I save as 374.17 I continue seeing 373.17 everywhere in the main window of the program. 

So the option save tasklist as ... may be a little misunderstanding. 

What other attributes are not saved with the option Save tasklist as ... ?

What is the exact correspondence with Stickies if the connection is established ?

When I copy the tdl and the installation directory from one pc to another I lose reminders or not see the bell in the tdl ...

What can i do ?
