Hi,
I have just updated to todolist 7.1.3.0 , and I can't paste excel cells or images (screenshots taken with the windows snipping tool in my case) any more into task comments. Nothing gets pasted now. Before, images would be pasted as images, and excel cells would be pasted as a table. My task comment are rich text format, not plain text.

Strange - screenshots that I make with Alt+PrnScr are pasted into todolist comments ok. But the screenshots that I make with snipping tool, do not. I am confused ...

Hi Alex
What version of Excel are you using?
What version of ToDoList were you using before you updated?

I downloaded 7.1.3.3 . Yes, excel cells are copied OK now, but the problem with images is still there.
I have tried to put images to clipboard in the following ways, then check if paste into todolist works :
1. windows snipping tool - does NOT work 2. Firefox rightclick copy image - does NOT work 3. Alt + PrntScreen - works 4. Ms Paint select + copy - does not work

Can you confirm that you are pasting using 'Right-click > Paste'...

Usually I paste using Ctrl+V. used to work before .
However, I have now tried pasting with both Ctrl-V and context menu. It either works in both ways, or does not work at all, as per list I have provided earlier.

Not sure what your problem is because on my Windows 7 development machine I have no trouble with any of those scenarios in 7.1.3.3:
Can you enable logging on your TDL installation (by passing '-g' on the commandline when you start it up) and then send me the output at abstractspoon(dot)todolist(at)gmail(dot)com?
