Under Prefs > UI > General > Task Comments, I have Preferred Format = Rich Text.
But ever new task starts with Simple Text.
Is that a bug or am I not understanding how that works?

ps. I would prefer it if you didn't include the version number in the report title since we have a category to handle that.
