BUG: Different different height of lines in windows XP 64

Different different height of lines in Windows XP 64. In Windows 7 its ok.
All options are default.
Version 7.0.10.1

1. Have you tried without your custom themes?
2. Is the screenshot of a clean install?
3. What are your regional settings?
4. Are you using a non-English version of Windows?

Hello. 
1. Have you tried without your custom themes?
Yes. Result is the same. 
2. Is the screenshot of a clean install?
Yes. 
3. What are your regional settings?
In regional settings choosen Great Britain.
 4. Are you using a non-English version of Windows?
I use WinXP Professional x64 SP2 with Russian MUI.
P.S. Version 6.xx works correct on my system.

Is there a specific reason why you have not installed XP SP3?

This an image of XP x86 SP2 with Russian MUI and no problem. I am not able to find a copy of XP x64.

I'm not sure what else I can try.

It seems that the problem exist only in XP x64. I have made a virtual machine for VMware. I hope you wind time to take a look.

I have a fix for you to test.

If that works ok, you should be able to just copy it over your existing install, but rename your current ToDoList.exe for safety.
