Suggestion: Enable Attribute Inheritance for Custom Attributes

Hi Dan,

with the new 7.2 fixes and features I start to use custom attributes more heavily.

Here it would be awesome to be able to configure 'Attribute Inheritance' also for custom attributes.

This would save lots of clicks when creating subtasks.

How difficult to integrate would you estimate this to be?

Is it also possible to inherit from a custom atribute when a substask is created new?

And is it possible if the inheritance on creation is active not to change the subtasks if the parent is changed later on?

The functionality at the moment, with "inherit from parent" acitve, as I have seen in 7.6 is:

Task1 [x]

                                   *New subtask added

Task1 [x]       

   Subtask1 []

                                    *Parents cust atribute changed

Task1 [y]

   Subtask1 [y]

Very usefull would be to able to have a functionality like in "Preferences/ Tasks/ Defaults/ Inheritable Attributes/ Inherit from parent when created"

Yes indeed, I will add 'Custom Attributes" to the "Attribute Inheritance" preferences and then the custom attributes will get copied if they also have the 'Inherit' feature enabled.
