BUG: Double-clicking an icon moves the task to wherever the cursor was pointing to

Expected: double-clicking the icon of my choice changes the icon of the task leaving position of the task intact.
Actual: double-clicking the icon of my choice changes the icon of the task and moves the task to wherever the cursor was pointing to at the time of double-click.

The problem is always reproducible, and to correctly reproduce it, the cursor must be above the tasklist and not somewhere above attribute columns, in which case nothing happens.
