Question: Time elapsed

It's very handy to have this feature as it allows to see time elapsed since start which is useful for task review (and a part of project management practice).
As I see it: same features as Time Estimate has in regard to units (hours, days, weeks).
Why Track Time cannot be used for it? Because It considers only the working hours and days, and if you want to get the whole past time period it won't help. At the same time elapsed time includes weekends.

Thx Alex, I understand now.

However, isn't 'Time Elapsed' a read-only value (Current Date - Start Date) ?

Indeed Time Elapsed is a fixed and read-only value, in the mockup picture I just wanted to show the choice of units (hours, days, weeks). It is actual time from the start and valid even if there's no due date (some tasks have for logging the events to know how much time they last).
